Zusammenfassung
Die fortschreitende Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt führt, neben der Einführung neuer technologischer Systeme, auch zu erheblichen Veränderungen für die Beschäftigten, die mit ihnen arbeiten. Im Folgenden wird daher beschrieben, wie psychologische Arbeitsgestaltung bei der Technikeinführung eingesetzt werden kann, um die Arbeit nicht nur effizient, sondern auch menschengerecht zu gestalten. Dazu werden Ziele psychologischer Arbeitsgestaltung, Verfahren zur Analyse von Arbeit und schließlich Methoden zur Umsetzung vorgestellt. Abschließend werden die im Zuge der technologischen Entwicklung auftauchenden weiterführenden wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen diskutiert.
