Abstract

In this chapter I describe how personal and professional conduct interpenetrate in pursuit of a fulfilling, happy, and productive lifestyle characterized by harmony and compassion. Our research interest in mindfulness, meditation, and wellness is grounded in a multilogical methodology that embraces polysemia and authentic inquiry.
