Abstract
We have investigated Czochralski-grown manganese-doped AlSb by low-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy. Discrete donor-acceptor pair lines are resolved, which involve the Mn acceptor. A Mn acceptor binding energy (E A =92±5 meV) is deduced from the donor-acceptor pair luminescence.
