Summary
The differential equation of the radial motion of a pulsating gas bubble in a liquid including the fluid compressibility given by Herring and Trilling is completed and solved numerically. The results are compared with the known incompressible RPNNP-bubble model. The own calculations are in a very good agreement with the experiments by Lauterborn and Ebeling. It shows that the fluid compressibility is very important at small radial velocities of the bubble wall, too. The time of collapse is good represented by both models
