Abstract
Data from electron microprobe have been used to investigate the segregation characteristics of DS200 + Hf single-crystal superalloy. Dendritic and (γ + γ′) eutectic reaction segregations have been investigated in detail. The results showed that segregations of aluminium, titanium, niobium, hafnium and nickel elements increased from dendritic structure towards the interdendritic and eutectic regions, whereas cobalt, tungsten and chromium showed the reverse segregation characteristics.
