Abstract
Tests were conducted on surfaces for plate heat exchangers, of the cross-corrugated type, to determine local and overall mass transfer rates. Analogous heat transfer data was obtained by the method described by Chilton and Colburn using the j-factor method.
Zusammenfassung
An Platten-WÄrmetauschern mit gekreuzten Wellungen wurde der lokale und der gesamte Stoffübergang gemessen. Mit Hilfe der j-Faktoren nach Chilton und Colburn lie\ sich hieraus auch der analoge WÄrmeübergang bestimmen.
