Die Wirkung von informellen und internetbasierten Rekrutierungskanälen auf den Rekrutierungserfolg: Eine empirische Analyse in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen

Zusammenfassung

Diese Studie untersucht den Einfluss verschiedener Rekrutierungskanäle auf den Erfolg des Rekrutierungsprozesses in KMU. Die Ergebnisse decken auf, dass sich die Rekrutierungskanäle bezüglich ihres Einflusses auf die Qualität und Quantität des Bewerberpools unterscheiden. Die Verwendung von informellen Rekrutierungskanälen (z. B. über persönliche Netzwerke) kann die Bewerberqualität, den Person-Organization-Fit und Person-Job-Fit von Bewerbern erhöhen. Internetbasierte Rekrutierung wirkt in erster Linie auf die Anzahl der Bewerber. Eine eigene Unternehmenswebseite zum Zwecke der Rekrutierung entfaltet jedoch auch Effekte auf die Bewerberqualität. Damit wird unterstrichen, dass der Einsatz dieser Rekrutierungskanäle strategisch geplant werden muss, um die spezifischen Rekrutierungsziele bzw. die angestrebte Bewerberquantität und -qualität zu erreichen.
