    We considered that the deformation mechanism can change from the slip deformation to the twin deformation at the transition temperature [14]. Erickson et al. [16] have investigated the relationship between the dislocation slip and deformation twinning for BCC structural metal at low temperatures, and Blewitt et al. [15] have shown that the deformation twinning for copper single crystals which is FCC structural metal occurred at 4.2 K at high flow stress. The deformation twinning will occur at low temperatures at high flow stress.
