2023, Annals of Nuclear EnergyCitation Excerpt :It is important to note that mainly forced convection driven evaporation models for larger geometries are available in the literature (Penman, 1948). Natural convection driven evaporation models are available only for smaller geometries (Sharpley and Boelter, 1938; Goldstein et al., 1973). The availability of such models will improve the accuracy of the numerical tools dealing with the TH containment analysis.
