Abstract

Single crystals of CdSnO3, Cd2SnO4, ln2TeO6 and CdIn2O4 were grown by either flux or high pressure methods. High electrical conductivity resulted from chemical substitution or oxygen deficiency. Crystallographic and conductivity data are given.
