Lagged implementation as an element in constitutional strategy

Abstract

Lagged implementation may be an important element in a strategy of constitutional current bias stemming from sensory perception may be reduced. Choice among lagged constitutional alternatives may allow for a more ‘reflective’ personal evaluation.
