Dauven et al. [29] ultimately found that the early study by DeNiro and Schoeninger [26] might be accurate for intraperson isotopic variation in humans, but more testing was recommended. Together, δ13Ccoll and δ15Ncoll differences for intraperson variation vary between the listed studies, and each study is relatively small.
