    Auger Electronic Spectrum (AES) was applied to clarify the effect of miller and grinder method on the sample surface. In contrast to grinding machine, milling machine would produce cleaner surface with thin oxide layer, as shown in Figs. 6 and 7, which thickness was about 30 nm, however, for grinding samples, their would be 100 nm thickness carbonization in the bonding surface, which would intensely reduce the HIP joints quality [20]. The main reason for this phenomenon may be due to the attributes of grinding.
