2022, Applied GeographyCitation Excerpt :The vegetation dynamics and land surface temperature calculated from images are usually used to determine the production and climate conditions of farmland (Estel et al., 2015; Shakhawat Hossain et al., 2020). To integrate multiple data, some statistical methods can be employed, including correlation analysis, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), principal component analysis (PCA), and machine learning (Shi & Li, 2007; S.-Y. Wang et al., 2008; Xiaodan Wang et al., 2012). To integrate information from different sources, the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) has been used in many studies (X. Hu & Xu, 2018).
