New multi-component Fe-based bulk metallic glasses with excellent thermoplastic formability and good soft magnetic and mechanical properties were developed based on an Fe75P10C10B5 alloy. These glasses also exhibit a wide supercooled liquid region of ∼89 K, a low glass transition temperature of ∼705 K, low viscosity of ∼107 Pa s in the supercooled liquid state and high glass-forming ability, with critical sample diameters exceeding 4 mm.
