Analytical Models of the Dynamic Traffic Assignment Problem

Abstract

A review of analytical formulations of the dynamic traffic assignment problem is presented, focusing on the authors' experience with variational inequality approaches. Solution algorithms and computational issues requiring additional study are discussed.
