Abstract
This study reports on results of a cross-cultural, empirical investigation designed to assess the impact of individualism/collectivism upon organizational entrepreneurship. The findings indicate individualism/collectivism is an important factor in understanding entrepreneurial behavior in the firm. Implications of these findings are discussed.

*Michael H. Morris holds a Ph.D. in marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is currently the Fletcher Jones Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Morris has published in numerous journals, is author of several textbooks, and contributes frequently to national and regional conferences. Professor Morris was recently a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Capetown, South Africa.
**Duane L. Davis holds a D.B.A. in marketing from the University of Kentucky and is currently a professor in the Department of Marketing at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Davis is the author of Business Research for Decision Making, third edition, and has published extensively in a wide variety of journals. Professor Davis was recently a Fulbright Scholar at the Universidade do Porto and the Universidade do Algarve in Portugal.
***Jeffrey W. Allen holds a D.B.A. in marketing from the University of Kentucky and is currently an assistant professor at the University of Central Florida's Daytona Beach Campus. Dr. Allen has published in a variety of journals and proceedings. Dr. Allen's research interests include social responsibility, distribution management and the development of marketing strategy.
