Abstract

Triple-sensor probes and corresponding analysing methods of the probe's signals are proposed for determining the mean velocities, Reynolds's stresses and all higher-order correlations. From the theoretical procedure no approximation of the quantitative investigation of the flow parameters and no limitation to any turbulence intensity exist in these analysing methods. Restrictions of the probe geometry only occur at very high turbulence intensities.
