Abstract

Electron mobilities have been measured in tetracyanoquinodimethane from 210 to 350 K. They reveal a room-temperature electron mobility of 0.65±0.1 cm2/V sec (in approximate agreement with previous measurements) and a temperature dependence which can be described as Tn with n1, consistent with the behavior of electron mobilities in other molecular crystals.
