Discusses the recent finding that disengaged employees form one of the biggest threats to successful businesses whereas engagement, achieved through building mutual commitment between employer and employee results in just the opposite. Examines some of the recent signs of recovery in the US economy and what it means for companies and organizations that are looking closely at their employee management.
