We present a simple, practical Fast Backprojection algorithm for Video-SAR. We employ the overlap-and-save algorithm to create an efficient filter bank for downsampling a continuous stream of pulses in the azimuth dimension. We discuss GPU and subaperture processing details along with some important design considerations and tradeoffs.
