Synthesis and properties of thin SiO2-P2O5-CaO films

  • Published:
Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

Thin SiO2-P2O5-CaO films have been produced by a sol-gel process from film-forming solutions. The physicochemical processes underlying the formation of the films have been investigated, and their phase composition, structure, and bioactivity have been determined.
