  • Published:
Inorganic Materials: Applied Research Aims and scope

Abstract

The results of the study of a complex of properties of elastomeric composite material based on nitrile butadiene rubber BNKS-18 and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene are presented. The influence of UHMWPE on the vulcanization characteristics of rubber compounds, the physical and mechanical parameters of vulcanizates before and after thermal aging in a hydrocarbon medium and air, and the dynamic properties before and after vulcanization has been studied.
