A nickel-substituted form of nanodiamonds and its catalytic activity in decomposition of hydrogen peroxide

Abstract

Adsorption of nickel (II) ions with nanodiamonds obtained by the detonation synthesis was studied. A nickel-substituted form of nanodiamonds was obtained. The catalytic activity exhibited by nickel ions (II) in the form of the surface complexes with nanodiamond functional groups in decomposition of hydrogen peroxide was determined.
