Nanodiamonds effect on characteristics of copper galvanic coatings

Abstract

The introduction of nanodiamonds (Technical Specification TU 3974-001-10172699-94) into a sulfuric acid electrolyte of copper plating was shown to result in decreased porosity and the corresponding diminishing of the electric resistance of the copper coatings.
