ABSTRACT
Game Based Learning Systems (GBLSs) constitute an increasingly important resource for entertainment and education. However, several barriers are in the way of the general adoption of learning approaches based on GBLS, since their design process requires specific skills and expertise in term of theoretical and technical knowledge's background. In this paper, we propose to control, optimize and monitor the process of GBLS design through a gameplay ontology. More specially, we apply our solution on the pedagogical aspect design of GBLS.
