With increase in recent years, the Chinese women’s basketball team to participate in major competitions, to direct the main factors affecting the development of the Chinese women’s basketball team, tactics of the application of research, has become a promote basketball career development the crucial factor. The results concluded that to strengthen the speed training of women’s basketball team athletes is the key to improve the score, only in this way can fast attack and defense.
