ABSTRACT
To explain the erosion of ‡nancial organizations, it is necessary to review the whole picture, particularly the human factors that serve as the major puzzle stones that show the motivations of people at all levels of the ‡nancial system. A systemic view reveals that the sub-prime mortgage crisis and crash of Lehman Brothers were symptoms, not problems. e transformation of the ‡nancial sector to a toxic structure was the end point where a domino eect toppled the whole system.
