Abstract: In this paper,in order to improve the processing performance of a magnetic abrasive machining,based on the three-axis CNC milling machine,with electromagnetic pole replaced by permanent magnetic pole and the magnetic pole surface slotted,the magnetic abrasive finishing machine tool was developed by transforming milling cutter into magnetic grinding accessory for precision surface processing.Discussion on the structure of magnetic abrasive finishing device for the precision flat surface and the design and calculation of permanent magnet poles lay theoretical foundation for the design of a magnetic abrasive finishing machine.
