Abstract: In order to solve the water problems in China and promote the sustainable economic and social development,it is imperative to implement the Strictest Water Resources Management System,and constructing the performance evaluation system of the Strictest Water Resources Management is particularly important.In this paper,based on " The Implementation Scheme of the Strictest Water Resources Management Assessment" and the actual conditions in Zhengzhou,the overall idea of performance evaluation in municipal areas was proposed,and of the performance evaluation system of the Strictest Water Resources Management in Zhengzhou was developed.The system was applied to Xinmi City in order to provide reference for the performance evaluation of the regional Strictest Water Resources Management.
