Abstract—Nowadays organizations have the need to change constantly and the most effective way to do so is through projects. Not only being based on the management experience of various companies as well as on academic studies, it is also essential to verify an approach to project management in the organization and observe project uncertainties to manage them in a more suitable way. The aim of this paper is to present an Evidence-Based Software Engineering and based on that, to elaborate an approach to manage uncertainties in software projects.
