“A system must generate images from images.” D.A. Pospelov

Abstract

This paper is devoted to the problem of reflecting visual image (iconic) presentations in intelligent systems. The problems of the role played by visual images in medical diagnostics are considered. Different aspects of the formation of image series (fuzzy, associative, and dynamic) are analyzed. The variants of building the frames that include linguistic and image visual components are suggested. The possibility that images can be involved at different steps of decision making is considered.
