Abstract—

An approach to solving the problem of image analysis of complexly formalized materials structures of critical parts is considered. Methodological foundations for the automation of the study of the structure of a material, which provides an assessment of the specified operational properties of parts based on the controlled creation of functional systems, are proposed. Methods to estimate the structures of materials formed by various technological processes were developed.
