1. Introduction
Abstract
Investment opportunities are becoming increasingly rare and institutional investors are under great pressure to generate returns on their assets. While most commercial real estate asset classes such as office, brick-and-mortar retail, or hotels have been negatively affected by the measures taken to contain the pandemic, the market for logistics investments is proving to be extremely robust and crisis-resistant. One can even say that logistics real estate is flourishing.
