Following the rapid development of science and technology in China, serious environment pollution accidents, especially the environment pollution accidents in chemical industry, frequently occur. All these serious pollution accidents turn out to be severe threats to the harmonious development of Chinese socio-economy, as well as to be devastating damages to the ecological environment. Therefore, concerns on environment risk surveillance management become more noticeable than ever. Therefore, in this project we aim to establish the risk source identification tool methods which will be applied to reduce the environmental risk level.
