Zusammenfassung

Die wahrscheinlich am besten bekannte Sorte von Nanostrukturen sind die Nanodefekte. Sie sind seit langem bekannt und Gegenstand zahlreicher Untersuchungen. Einige von ihnen sind in Abb. 3.1 zu sehen.
