As we face the summer, it’s time to take a step back, a moment for reflection and new learning for all of us as we appreciate the different rhythms of the academic year. For me, it’s an opportunity to embrace new ideas. This summer, I’m in the classroom teaching a course on leadership, and I’m digging into three relatively new ideas that I want to consider more deeply in terms of how to apply these theories in basic instructional design. …
