Newly applied practices to alleviate design uncertainty: a case study of a design scheme based on the DEMATEL–ANP–VIKOR theory

Abstract

Der Artikel stellt eine bahnbrechende Methode zur Bewertung und Optimierung von Produktdesign-Systemen unter Anwendung des DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR-Ansatzes vor. Es geht auf die Herausforderungen bestehender Bewertungsmethoden wie Inflexibilität und ungenaue Verarbeitung ein, indem es die Kausalanalyse von DEMATEL, die Netzwerkstruktur von ANP und das Kompromisslösungsranking von VIKOR integriert. Die Methode wird anhand einer Fallstudie über das Design einer Pantilt-Kamera veranschaulicht und ihre praktische Anwendung und Effektivität aufgezeigt. Der Artikel hebt auch die erfolgreiche Marktentwicklung des optimierten Designs hervor und zeigt den wissenschaftlichen und objektiven Charakter der vorgeschlagenen Bewertungsmethode auf.
