Zusammenfassung

In der internationalen Menschenrechtspolitik spielen Nicht-staatliche Akteure (NSA) seit jeher eine zentrale Rolle. Dabei hat sich das Feld der NSA in diesem Bereich deutlich ausdifferenziert und fordert gängige Typologien und Annahmen über diesen Akteurstyp heraus. Der Beitrag verdeutlicht, wie unterschiedliche NSA in allen Phasen des Politikzyklus den Schutz der Menschenrechte unterstützen, aber auch herausfordern und welche Strategien sie dabei zur Einflussnahme anwenden.
