Abstract

Die Studie untersucht die Ausbreitung von Wasserwellen über einen endlosen Graben mit einer unten stehenden, dicken, rechteckigen Barriere, ein für Küsten- und Schiffbau relevantes Szenario. Durch die Lösung einer Reihe schwach singulärer integraler Gleichungen bestimmen die Autoren Reflexions- und Übertragungskoeffizienten, die für das Verständnis des Wellenverhaltens und die Gestaltung effektiver Küstenstrukturen unverzichtbar sind. Die Ergebnisse, die durch den Vergleich mit bekannten Lösungen validiert wurden, beleuchten den Einfluss von Graben- und Barrieremaßnahmen auf die Wellenstreuung und bieten wertvolle Einsichten in die Wellenenergieumwandlung und Strategien zum Küstenschutz.
