Optimisation of the swinging jaw design for a single toggle jaw crusher using finite element analysis

Abstract

Der Artikel stellt einen innovativen Ansatz zur Optimierung des Designs der Schwenkbackenplatte für einen Einknickbackenbrecher dar. Mittels Finite-Elemente-Analyse identifiziert die Studie Schlüsselparameter wie Plattendicke, Profil und Länge, die die Leistung des Brechers signifikant beeinflussen. Durch einen multiobjektiven genetischen Algorithmus und eine Methode zur Oberflächenreaktion erzielt die Forschung wesentliche Verbesserungen bei der Verringerung von Stress und Verformung, die entscheidende Faktoren für die Verbesserung der Effizienz und Haltbarkeit des Brechers sind. Die Ergebnisse bieten wertvolle Erkenntnisse für zukünftige Designprozesse und praktische Anwendungen in der Bergbau- und Bauindustrie.
