Optimization and numerical analysis of friction stir welding parameters of AA7075-T651 and AA 1200-H19 using tapered tool

Abstract

Der Artikel geht der Optimierung und numerischen Analyse von Rührreibschweißparametern für AA7075-T651 und AA1200-H19 Aluminiumlegierungen mit einem Kegelwerkzeug nach. Es werden die Vorteile des Rührreibschweißens gegenüber herkömmlichen Methoden diskutiert, darunter verringerter Wärmeeintrag, Beseitigung von Erstarrungsfehlern und Umweltfreundlichkeit. Die Studie konzentriert sich auf die Auswahl und Optimierung von Schweißparametern wie Rotationsgeschwindigkeit, Schweißgeschwindigkeit und Werkzeugneigungswinkel, wobei Techniken wie die Response Surface Methodology und die Taguchi-Methode zum Einsatz kommen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen deutliche Verbesserungen bei Zugfestigkeit, Härte und Schlagenergie der Schweißverbindungen. Der Artikel hebt auch den Einsatz fortschrittlicher Analysemethoden wie ANOVA und Grey Relational Analysis hervor, um die effektivsten Prozessparameter zu identifizieren, was ihn zu einer wertvollen Ressource für Fachleute in den Bereichen Schweißen und Werkstoffwissenschaft macht.
