Zusammenfassung

Personalmanagement richtet sich auf die Beschaffung, Nutzung, Erhaltung sowie Förderung von Humanressourcen. Die inhaltliche Präzisierung nehmen viele danach vor, welche Aufgaben durch eine Personalabteilung verantwortet werden. Dies schließt das Zusammenwirken von Personalabteilungen und Vorgesetzten nicht ein und lässt wichtige Potenziale ungenutzt. Personalmanagement besteht somit aus dem, was auf der einen Seite Führungskräfte und auf der anderen Seite Personalabteilungen verantworten. Ersteres ist die sogenannte interaktionelle Führung. Sie zielt auf die folgenden Fragen: Werden Führungskräfte geboren oder gemacht? Gibt es ideale Führungsstile? Wie lassen sich innovative Vorhaben durch Führung gestalten? Welche Relevanz besitzen die zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen zwischen Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern für den Führungserfolg? Die strukturelle Führung zielt auf standardisierbare Konzepte und Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Handlungsvermögen, -bereitschaften und -potenzialen.
