The
\(6{\mathrm{th}}\) NonCommutative Rings and their Applications conference (NCRA, VI) took place in Lens (France) in June 2019. This was a nice opportunity for more than 50 algebraists and coding theorists to meet and share their results, points of view and perspectives. The atmosphere was pleasant and the mood of the participants was indeed a constructive one. Many new contacts were created and a few papers in this volume were initiated by discussions held during these few days. The articles cover quite a large variety of topics. This is expected from such a conference essentially dedicated to build bridges, but it is pleasant to see in many papers different aspects are really merged to give birth of new point of view or to develop new topics. The course given by Prof. Cary Huffmann was excellent and we all enjoyed his very talented way of exposition. The contribution of the four invited speakers: W. Ferrer, Pedro A. Guil Asensio, A. Smoktunowicz, and M. Ziembowski enriched the conference and the kindness and seriousness of all participants made it a wonderful experience. …
