Abstract

Dieses Kapitel vertieft sich in das Konzept der digitalen Servitisierung, eines Trends, bei dem Hersteller von produktorientierten zu serviceorientierten Modellen übergehen, die durch digitale Technologien ermöglicht werden. Es betont die entscheidende Rolle komplementärer Digitalisierungsfähigkeiten, beziehungsspezifischer digitaler Vermögenswerte, digital ermöglichter Routinen zum Austausch von Wissen und partnerschaftlicher Governance bei der Ankurbelung dieses Wandels. Das Kapitel stellt ein Rahmenwerk für die Transformation von Beziehungen vor, das skizziert, wie sich diese Komponenten in drei Phasen entwickeln: grundlegend, mittelmäßig und fortgeschritten. Dieses Rahmenwerk bietet sowohl Anbietern als auch Kunden einen umfassenden Leitfaden, um sich durch die Komplexität der digitalen Servitisierung zu navigieren und ihren Nutzen zu maximieren.
