Radicle of Gramineae Elymus
Griseb were treat with 0, 150 mmol·L
and 400 mmol·L
NaCl respectively. Using the scanning ion-selective electrode technique, fluxes of H
were investigated in roots hair zone under salt stress. The results showed that no NaCl treatment, fluxe of H+ in root of
Griseb exhibit efflux. And under 150 and 400 mmol·L
NaCl, fluxe of H
gradually decreased and influx changed into efflux with the passage of time.
