Abstract

This chapter focuses on client-facing positions combined in the Global Markets area as Sales. After discussing a salesperson’s typical setup on the trading floor, the various functions of Sales are detailed. Cognitive biases are discussed. A case study provided further insight into the role of Sales. The chapter concludes by listing the main challenges ahead.
