Abstract

The blockchain technology makes it possible to have a distributed, decentralized ecosystem without the need for a single power source. Blockchain technology has the most potential in the healthcare sector since it can be used to combine disparate systems, enhance the quality of electronic medical records, and adopt a more patient-centric perspective on healthcare systems. The goal is to make it possible for patients to use the data to support their medical care and to offer robust consent processes for data sharing between various institutions and apps. This work lays the groundwork for future studies on entirely decentralized dynamic data interoperability and integrity checks. The article will discuss how blockchain technology can help with the sharing and management of medical data, including the sharing and management of patient monitoring data from IoT devices. The performance of the work is tested by varying the count of users, and the work is found to be scalable.
