This paper proposes an new method of pencil drawing generation technique based on Line Integral Convolution (LIC). The original LIC pencil filter utilizes image segmentation and texture direction detection techniques for defining outlines and stroke directions, and the quality of a resulting image depends largely on the result of the white noises and the texture directions. It may fail to generate a reasonable result when the white noises and the texture directions are not consistent with the texture structure of the input image. To solve this problem, we propose in this paper to improve the existed LIC-based method. First, a more accurate and rapid graph-based image segmentation method is introduced to divide the image into different regions. Second, we present a new region-based way to produce white noises and texture directions. We also demonstrate the enhanced LIC pencil drawing is closer to the real artistic style.

By investigating 2216 students from 25 colleges of Hebei province, we analysis the needs of college media sports information and its accessing channels in this paper. The result shows that college students have several motivations of contacting media sports information, different media have the different motivations. For college students, the major motivations of contacting media sports information are acquiring knowledge, learning and entertainment, in order to meet their reality and entertainment needs. Mass media is the important accessing channel. Among them, electronic media (include Internet, television, radio) are the major approach and internet has become the preferred way to sports information.

By conducting statistic analysis of competition results of the top 20 elite male swimmers of each year, we have figured out the fatigue coefficient of different events with the same swimming stroke of the world elite male swimmers. Fatigue coefficients of 100m, 200m, 400m freestyle are 4.53s, 9.77s, 12.83s; when 200m butterfly is 11.75s, and the 200m backstroke is 9.51s; when 200m breaststroke is 10.02s, 400m individual medley is 15.23s. In addition, data analyses of typical cases are undertaken to provide reasonable quantitative indicators for the formulation of training, competition and goals of the national excellent male swimmers. Object tracking is one of the key technologies in smart visual surveillance. However, due to the existing of varying sunlight, shadows, plants swaying, the difficulty of object tracking is greatly increased in outdoor environment. To tackle this problem, a new algorithm based on the augmented particle filter is proposed in this paper. It is able to combine object detection and tracking. Here, we employ Gaussian mixture model to model the background of the monitored environment. Furthermore, we extract the binary image of object by background subtraction as the corresponding observation. In the subsequent tracking phase, we use Kalman filter to introduce the most recent observations into particle filter and produce the suboptimal Gaussian proposal distribution. Experimental results demonstrate the proposed algorithm can handle a certain degree of complexity in outdoor environment.

Therefore, the paper discusses the problems in order to promote management systematic reform of tests central and coordinate the relationship between the development of teaching and experiment from four perspectives.

Objective: In this study, a analysis was taken to compare the physical fitness average values among the 2group objects which were selected through a questionnaire survey: aerobatic training group (AT), AT combined with ST(AS). Study the effection of two kinds of exercises on elder’s physical fitness. Method: One hundred and twenty elders aged 50-60 years was divide into aerobatic training group (AT) (60), AT combined with ST (AS) group (60). In addition, a training programmed lasting for 12 weeks was arranged on the objects not undertaking systematic exercises. Before and after the experimental training the fitness tests were undertaken and the indexes of the fitness tests were compared. Conclusion: Suitable and regular resistance training could enhance the elders work endurance, produce beneficial effects to their aerobic work capacity and produce optimal effects to their cardiac function.

In recent years, enhanced urban heat island effect is a prominent urban environmental issue that many scholars are studying. In this paper, the capital of Jilin Province - Changchun had been selected as the study area. Thermal infrared bands of Landsat 7 ETM+ daytime image(July 15,1999) and Landsat 5 TM daytime image (July 29,2007) were used to retrieve brightness temperature instead of land surface temperature. This study provides retrieved images on the UHI phenomena in Changchun and the findings can be used to guide further study integrating satellite high-resolution thermal data with land use/cover .In conclusion, the spatial structure of thermal field was obtained in different time. The NDVI, NDWI, NDBI and NDBaI indices were used to characterize the land use/cover types in the study region and to study the relationships between land use/cover types and UHI qualitatively and quantitatively. The results show that it had a significant urban heat island phenomenon in Changchun in two different years. Furthermore, according to quantitative statistics, there are close relations between the spatial structure of urban thermal patterns and land use types. The results in this study may also be used in programming of city environment and forecasting of heat island effect.

In this paper, pricing and order decision problems of a two-stage decentralized supply chain was studied. Demands are both price-sensitive and time-sensitive. First, the centralized supply chain model as a benchmark, we analyzed the optimal order quantity, optimal price and lead time. Secondly, optimal decisions and coordination condition of decentralized supply chain under the buy-back contract were analyzed. Finally, a numerical example was proposed to analyze the impact of price factor, time factor and other model parameters on the profits and coordination efficiency of supply chain under buy-back contract.

In this paper, we investigated a monopoly manufacture use traditional retail channels and internet channels to sell products. Customers are heterogeneous in preference for sale channel use. Customers are divided into fashion customers and traditional customers. Using utility theory we established customer’s purchase decision models. In the global steel industry, the rising of Chinese steel industry is thought to be a threat to other countries in the world, especially for the counter part of Korea and Japan. But research on the competence of Sino-South Korean steel industry is not widely and so far there is no concrete study for the whole industry. Therefore, this study uses trade statistics of steel industry of UN COMTRADE to deduce the influence on Chinese steel industry from China’s view based on the analysis on the change of characteristics and the competitiveness of China and South Korea.

Therefore, economic and social system of these zones exhibits vulnerability and sustainable development is profoundly affected. Even the system may breaks down. This article discusses the cause for the vulnerability of coastal zone and establishes its evaluation system on the basis of analysis on coastal zone development. Analytic hierarchy process, method of calculating vulnerability and method of gray prediction are used to evaluate bearing capacity, recuperability, susceptibility and stability exerted by coastal zones in the course of time.

Then it tried to probe into the effects of art sponsorship on Chinese art industry, extant problems and some solutions by studying foreign art system and art market. It is concluded from the experience of South Korea Gwangju Biennial and biennials in European countries that a successful biennial must combine expenditure of national cultural industry, corporate sponsorship and market economic operation.

The paper examines the problem of quality control under supply chain coordination for perishable goods based on quality risk. Considering the asymmetric information, the models of principal-agent are formulated based on the share level of the quality risk between supplier and buyer when one of quality evaluation level and quality prevention level is unobservable and when both of them are unobservable. Tianjin is one of four municipalities in China, the economy is large in scale, rapid development, and the government procurement market potential is also large. In Joining GPA, Tianjin government procurement will face opportunities and challenges. Therefore, this research needs to adapt to the situation and development, provide reference information for Tianjin Joining GPA.

In order to grasp the spatial and dynamic changes of mountain bamboo resources, this study uses the 2007 forestry investigation sub-compartment diagram of Shuncang, Fujian province, two-period TM images, DEM and other data in 1998 and 2007 to extract information of bamboo forest through Remote sensing and Geographic Information technology, create spatial distribution map of bamboo forest and make overlay analysis of it with topographic factors grade map, so as to research the topography differentiation characteristics of spatial distribution and dynamic change of bamboo forest. The results show that the bamboo forest in Shuncang is mainly distributed in the semi-sunny slope and semi-cloudy slope with where are at an elevation of 1200m below with a slope of 25 degrees below, the mountain bamboo forest at the elevation of 1200m below accounts for 99.89% of the total bamboo forest area, the proportion of bamboo forest with a slope of 25 degrees below is90.39%, while the proportion of bamboo forest with a slope of 35 above is less than 3%; the proportion of bamboo forest in semi-sunny slope and semi-cloudy slope is 56.98%; for almost 20 years, the bamboo forest resources in this county are improving rapidly, increase, decrease and unchange, this three kinds of variation types trend to increase firstly and then decrease with the changes of slope direction and aspect, while with the increase of elevation, the types of increase and unchange trend to increase firstly and then decrease, the decrease type is decreasing gradually.
