Zusammenfassung

Kein Angebot kann sich auf dem Markt durchsetzen, wenn es nicht das Vertrauen der Zielgruppen und anderer Marktteilnehmer gewinnt. Dies ist eine anspruchsvolle und dauerhafte Aufgabe, deren Bewältigung für Unternehmen erfolgsentscheidend ist. Um einen möglichst schnellen und effektiven Aufbau von Vertrauen zu ermöglichen, stellt dieses Kapitel ein Modell vor, das sechs Schritte umfasst, die wiederum in zwei Phasen eingeteilt sind. Dieses Modell bietet einen Rahmen für vertrauensbildende Maßnahmen aller Art, indem es aufzeigt, wie sich Vertrauen schaffen, messen und wiederherstellen lässt. Es zielt auf dessen Maximierung in jeder Situation, zu jedem Anlass und gegenüber jedem Stakeholder. Im Anschluss an die Vorstellung des Modells wird ausführlich die Bedeutung des Vertrauens als soziales Kapital in der Geschäftswelt illustriert und konkretisiert.
